Job Description
RAI ENTERPRISES is seeking a dedicated Site Manager/Site Supervisor to oversee all aspects of renovation projects on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. Responsibilities include managing the workforce, coordinating with subcontractors, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in renovation works (bank renovations, outlets preferred)
- Civil Diploma (3 years preferred)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, AutoCAD)
- 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
Location: Islamabad (reliable commute or relocation required)
