We are seeking a Social Specialist to conduct comprehensive social impact assessments, develop Resettlement Action Plans (RAP), and engage with affected communities. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, including 5 years in the social sector. Responsibilities include developing mitigation strategies, preparing reports, and providing training to enhance community understanding of social issues.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields.
