Job Description
Company: Smart Placement
Smart Placement is seeking a full-time Software/Application Support Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in software/application support, particularly in logistics, supply chain, or transportation. Candidates should have hands-on experience with logistics software systems such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), or route optimization tools. Familiarity with mobile applications or handheld devices used by delivery or warehouse personnel is a plus.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics workflows, order processing, and shipment tracking, along with proficiency in SQL and knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and basic cloud platforms. This position requires in-person work.
