Job Description
Computer Friends IT Services LTD is seeking a dedicated Software Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for end-user support of our applications via email and phone calls.
Responsibilities include software administration, testing, and developing procedures based on client requirements while supporting customers. You must prioritize issue remediation in a critical uptime environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
