Job Description
Tekboox, a leading IT company based in the United States, is actively looking for a dedicated Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative to enhance our customer service team.
Job Requirements:
– Must be fluent in Spanish.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
– Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk is advantageous.
– A positive and proactive attitude is essential.
Location: DHA, Lahore
Timing: Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM, 5 days a week).
Job Type: Full-time, in-person role.
