Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our Spectrum inbound services team. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle incoming customer inquiries, providing exceptional service while assisting with troubleshooting, billing, and technical support.
Your key responsibilities include managing inbound calls regarding Spectrum services, addressing billing inquiries, resolving complaints, and documenting customer interactions accurately. We expect you to maintain a professional demeanor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call resolution and customer satisfaction.
