Job Description
Variant Architecture is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Building Manager to oversee the operations of our building. The successful candidate will coordinate repairs and maintenance of building systems, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain relationships with residents. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with building codes, responding to emergencies, inspecting for damage, and managing the maintenance budget.
Requirements include being well-presented and articulate, with at least 3 years of experience in hotel or building management. Candidates should be proficient in English and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
