Job Description
Prime BPO5 is seeking experienced Senior Customer Service Officers for a US-night campaign in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. The role focuses on customer engagement, sales, verification, and closing transactions in an in-person, full-time capacity (12-month contract).
- Requirements: 1+ year US call center sales experience, excellent English communication, strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Shift: Night (US hours). Location: 2nd Floor Kamran Javed Plaza, Above Askari Bank, near Khwaja Corporation Chowk, Adiala Road, Rawalpindi.
- Compensation: Competitive market salary Rs75,00–Rs200,00 plus uncapped bonuses, paid annual leave. Career growth and training available for fresh graduates.
