Job Description
Indigo Developers is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee and enhance project costs during the construction process. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing precise cost estimates, monitoring project expenditures, managing contracts, and uncovering cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Track project expenses and apply cost control measures.
- Manage contracts and address any related issues.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must possess a PEC number.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs250,00 per month
Location: Lahore, in-person work required.
