Job Description
PepsiCo is actively looking for a committed Senior Territory Sales Officer to spearhead our distributor and organizational teams. This position is designed to implement tailored business strategies that address local needs while providing training and motivation to the team to meet both immediate and long-term goals.
The key responsibilities encompass developing comprehensive Permanent Journey Plans, recruiting Order Bookers / Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs), executing the Annual Operating Plan, hitting monthly volume targets, and managing promotional budgets efficiently. Candidates should possess strong communication and prioritization skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office. While 1-2 years of experience is preferred, we encourage recent graduates to apply.
