Job Description
PepsiCo is looking for a committed Senior Territory Sales Officer to lead our distributor and organization team. In this role, you will implement company strategies tailored to meet local business needs. You will also be responsible for training and motivating the team to reach both short-term and long-term goals.
Key responsibilities include developing Permanent Journey Plans, hiring Order Bookers and Direct Store Representatives (DSRs), ensuring the execution of the Annual Operating Plan, meeting monthly volume targets, and managing promotional budgets effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and prioritization skills, along with proficiency in MS Office. While 1-2 years of experience is preferred, we encourage fresh candidates to apply.
