Job Description
We are seeking a customer-oriented, multi-tasking service representative to join our team at iB12 Call Center. Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls and gather information from clients, which requires excellent communication skills.
Location: Diffriant Areas in Lahore including Johar Town, Model Town, Faisal Town, Muslim Town, Cavalry Ground, Gulberg, Barkat Market, Ichhra, and Garden Town.
Shift Times: 7 AM to 2 PM (Female), 10:30 AM to 7 PM (Female), 9 AM to 9 PM (Female), 8 PM to 4 AM (Male).
Pay: Rs 35,00.00 – Rs 70,00.00 per month.
