Job Description

Visa Track – Immigration Law Firm is actively seeking enthusiastic Study Counselors and Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to be part of our vibrant education consultancy. In this target-oriented position, you will engage with prospective students, spark interest through phone calls, and assist them in selecting the most suitable courses and institutions. Your primary objective will be to convert inquiries into successful registrations for admission and visa services.

The ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years of experience in student counseling or customer service, possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and have a solid understanding of international study destinations, particularly Canada and the UK.
