The ideal candidate will lead the sublimation team, handle customer inquiries, ensure quality control, and oversee the production process from design to delivery. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sublimation printing and customer management is required. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field and possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
