Job Description
Abbott Laboratories seeks a Production Supervisor to manage oral solid dosage (OSD) finishing operations at the Landhi Plant. The role includes meeting daily production targets, scheduling, maintaining batch documentation and equipment logs, overseeing housekeeping, and supervising the finishing workforce. Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap and rework, increase yields, and compile OEE/IOE data. Ensure compliance with GMP, local regulations, EHS and company policies; support KPI measurement and root-cause analysis; and perform daily balance and check-weigher standardization.
- Education: Science graduate (Pharm.D preferred).
- Experience: Fresh candidates or 1–2 years related experience.
- Skills: MS Office proficiency, teamwork, and problem-solving.
