Job Description
Ericsson is seeking an experienced and committed Support Engineer to deliver data-driven solutions for customer-reported challenges while ensuring compliance with prescribed processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). In this role, you will lead investigations, address customer issues, and collaborate on urgent resolutions. You will also participate in security assessments and assist with operational matters related to customer contracts.
