Job Description
Surgikare is seeking a dedicated Surgical Production Incharge to oversee our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, making supply orders, mediating team disputes, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Motivating and guiding production staff
- Ensuring safety and health standards are consistently met
- Regular communication with upper management regarding production issues
- Evaluating machine resources to minimize downtime
