Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated expertise in hardware configurations for IBM, HPE, Dell, and Lenovo servers.
- Proficient with IBM, HPE, Dell EMC, and Fujitsu storage systems.
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities, including log analysis and hardware replacements.
- Experience with server and storage hardware RAID configurations.
- Basic installation and configuration knowledge of Linux (RedHat, SUSE, CentOS).
- Willingness to provide 24/7 onsite customer support as required.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
