Job Description
PayMedics is looking for a skilled System Support Engineer to address Microsoft Outlook issues and offer comprehensive email support. Ideal candidates will possess strong troubleshooting skills in both Windows and iOS environments. Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security practices, along with experience in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V, is essential.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for hardware and software problems, system installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Collaboration with IT teams to ensure smooth operations is key. A solid understanding of networking devices, including switches, routers, and access points, is required.
Qualifications include 1-2 years of relevant experience, a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering, with CCNA and CCNP certifications preferred.
