Job Description
We are seeking a skilled System Support Engineer to join our team at Sybrid Pvt Ltd, part of The Lakson Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UNIFI WiFi, Cisco switches, and pfSense firewalls. Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networks are essential.
Your responsibilities will include supporting escalated tickets, conducting root cause analysis, and managing Active Directory accounts. Experience with VMware or Hyper-V is a plus. This full-time position offers a salary of up to Rs40,00.00 per month.
