Job Description
Business Connect is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Management Manager with a strong background in HR agency operations. This pivotal role focuses on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent within our organization.
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, manage a team, enhance employer branding, utilize data, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement talent development programs.
Qualifications: 5+ years in talent acquisition or HR management, Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office, strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months) | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00/month
