Job Description
TriVA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager! You’ll develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage the recruitment process, and collaborate with hiring managers. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must. You’ll also participate in job fairs and build relationships with external recruiting agencies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, proven experience in talent acquisition, and knowledge of recruitment best practices required. Familiarity with employment laws and ATS proficiency is a plus.
Job Details: Full-time, onsite in Gojra. Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
