Job Description
We are looking for a proficient Taxi Booking Operator with experience in Cordic Software to join our team at c2o. In this position, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from UK customers to assist with taxi bookings and modifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Airport Bookings.
- Processing Payments over the Phone.
- Forwarding complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Responding to Driver Inquiries and Issues.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent listening skills and a clear British accent to ensure top-notch customer service. Previous experience in an inbound call center is advantageous.

Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
