Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is currently looking for a skilled taxi and minicab dispatcher/controller to efficiently manage incoming bookings and effectively coordinate drivers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound customer calls for taxi bookings
- Inputting bookings into the dispatch system
- Assigning bookings to drivers
- Providing customers with real-time estimated time of arrival (ETA)
- Assisting drivers with navigation
- Overseeing email bookings
- Placing bids on available jobs
- Coordinating driver assignments for dispatch
Requirements include prior UK taxi cab controlling experience and a strong knowledge of UK streets. The salary for this position starts at 150 PKR per hour or 35,00 PKR per month.
