Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Taxi Controller (CSR) to handle incoming calls from UK customers seeking to book or modify taxi services. Your role will involve managing airport bookings, processing payments, escalating customer complaints, and addressing driver inquiries.
Required Experience: Applicants should possess inbound call center experience or at least one year of customer service experience. Familiarity with Ghost and Icabbi systems is preferred. A British accent is essential for this position.
