Job Description
Lean Leaders is urgently seeking a skilled Team Lead to manage our call center operations. Candidates must have at least 1 year of Team Lead experience in a call center environment and demonstrate proficiency in chat software.
Key requirements include excellent English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading), strong command of MS Office, leadership abilities, sharp memory, quick response capacity, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility.
This position is for the night shift, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs60,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month. Education required is Intermediate, with a preferred location in Rawalpindi.
