Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Team Leader to join our ACA campaign for a leading telecommunications company.
Base Salary: Up to $100,00 plus bonuses
Requirements:
- Previous experience in BPO/Call Center roles
- Proven skills in team building, coaching, and leadership
- At least 6 months in a similar leadership position
- Experience managing agents
Campaign Focus: ACA, Medicare, or any US-based campaign
