Job Description
KalSoft is on the lookout for a skilled Technical Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our Project Management Office (PMO) department. In this role, you will work closely with business analysts to analyze project requirements, document workflows, and perform user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create essential documentation, such as Scope of Work and Functional Specification Documents.
- Assess business processes and propose effective solutions.
- Facilitate meetings to share insights and gather feedback.
- Communicate findings with cross-functional teams.
