Job Description
CBA is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT and software engineering positions. Collaboration with hiring managers is essential to understand their needs and manage the recruitment process.
Applicants should have 2-3 years of technical recruitment experience, strong knowledge of programming languages, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
This full-time position offers a monthly pay range of Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00. Work will be conducted in person.
