Job Description
Devflovv is seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments.
- Draft offer letters and send rejection emails professionally.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of technical recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Location: On-site – Raiwind Road, Lahore
