Job Description
Technocares is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Model Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will utilize various channels to source potential candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to ensure a cultural fit within our organization.
Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and promoting our employer brand. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with 3 years of technical recruiting experience.
