About the Role:
As a Technical Support Associate at HRPSP, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they receive prompt assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot telecom service issues.
– Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
– Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
– 3-year diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or IT.
– Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
– Age Limit: 32 to 35 years, Male candidates only.
– Must possess a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license.
Salary: PKR 32,00 per month.
