Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Support Engineer at the Intermediate career level to join our team in Karachi. This full-time position requires a rotational shift covering morning, evening, and night hours. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of networks and operating systems, with a focus on daily network performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Essential skills include excellent verbal and written communication, the ability to multi-task in a team environment, and experience with network fault analysis. Candidates must be willing to conduct site visits for troubleshooting and be equipped with knowledge of network monitoring tools, as well as familiarity with GPON infrastructure, IP protocols, Ethernet, DNS, and DHCP.
