Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support IT professional to manage our call center’s IT infrastructure at J. Sons Communications. Responsibilities include overseeing networking tasks, performing hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting software issues. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functioning of operating systems, cameras, and biometric systems while responding efficiently to IT support requests.
This full-time position offers a salary range of PKR 35,00 – 60,00, depending on experience and skills. Office hours are from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
Requirements include proven IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
