Job Description
CALL BOX BPO is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Level 1 representative. In this role, you will provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues with our SaaS platform while maintaining high documentation standards in our CRM system.
Your responsibilities include assisting customers with account setup, escalading complex issues when necessary, and participating in ongoing training to stay updated on product changes. This position requires you to work from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time (Night Shift).
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs90,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
