Job Description

Your responsibilities include resolving client technical issues via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and documenting solutions in our ticketing system. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in technical support and strong communication skills.
