Job Description
Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a motivated Technical Support Officer to join our dynamic team. You will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, addressing hardware and software issues while ensuring overall client satisfaction. Your duties will include troubleshooting, guiding users through solutions, and recording customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 2+ years of technical support experience, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
