Job Description
A leading Telecom Company is seeking a dedicated Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join our Technical Support Services team.
The CPA will be responsible for:
- Phone line installation and troubleshooting
- Internet cable installation and troubleshooting
- TV Fiber cable installation and troubleshooting
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Age: Below 35
- Education: DAE in Electrical/Electronics/IT (3-year Diploma)
- Location: Gujranwala
- Bike mandatory
Salary: Rs 32,00 per month
