Job Description

A leading Telecom Company is seeking a Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join our Technical Support Services team. The CPA will be responsible for phone line installation and troubleshooting, internet cable installation and troubleshooting, TV fiber cable installation and troubleshooting, as well as resolving customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Education: DAE in Electrical/Electronics/IT (3-year diploma)
• Location: Rawalpindi (Required)
• Bike: Mandatory
