CodingKey is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients in Pakistan through the Call Center Studio platform. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing VoIP and SIP trunk issues, managing support requests, coordinating with engineering teams, and generating comprehensive reports.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and a solid understanding of call center operations. Proficiency in English is essential, while familiarity with Urdu is a plus.
