Job Description

Job Purpose: We are seeking a Telemarketing Executive to engage with potential school clients via phone, generate leads, provide information about our services, and schedule appointments for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote our school trip packages.
- Record daily call activities and update the team lead regularly.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Address inquiries and provide detailed information about services.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills; prior customer service experience is advantageous.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools).
