Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is seeking a driven and customer-oriented Telemarketing Executive to oversee both inbound and outbound communication. The selected candidate will assist customers by providing essential product information and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote sales and conduct follow-ups.
- Manage inbound calls with professionalism.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive product information.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Achieve designated call targets.
Requirements: High school diploma required; prior experience is an advantage; outstanding communication skills are essential.
