Job Description
Marson Media is seeking self-motivated individuals eager to build a successful sales management career. You will develop rapport with customers, encouraging them to purchase while leading a team to achieve sales goals.
Location: Islamabad OR Lahore
Type: Full-time in-house
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, US Timings)
SALARY: Starting salary: 80,00 – 130,00 PKR plus bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Cold call potential customers, develop B2B relationships, and manage a small team.
REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience.
