Job Description
Trans Global Services is seeking a full-time, onsite Telesales Representative for outbound international campaigns on a night shift. Candidates with 6 months–2 years of relevant experience are preferred. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, clearly explaining services, building rapport, handling objections, converting leads, and logging outcomes in the CRM to meet daily call and revenue targets.
- Requirements: excellent spoken and listening English, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, basic computer literacy, and comfort working night shifts with sales targets.
