Job Description

Dynamic Solutions seeks a full-time, in-person Telesales Specialist for Media Wolf TV. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9-hour shift. You will engage referrals, build rapport with prospects, present product features, close consultatively, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate with customer support.

• Requirements: strong interpersonal skills, persuasive English, BPO/technical sales experience preferred, familiarity with the U.S. market a plus, and a results-driven, self-motivated attitude.
• Compensation & benefits: Rs100,00–Rs200,00/month, performance incentives, paid training, food and fuel allowances, onsite gym and prayer room, paid leave, referral bonuses, and growth opportunities.
