Job Description

Berger Paint Pakistan seeks a Territory Manager, Retail to drive trade sales of decorative paints, develop retail channels, and meet sales targets across an assigned territory. This full-time, in-person position offers Rs85,00–Rs95,00 per month plus incentives, benefits, and a car buyback program.

• Experience: 4–5 years in trade sales of decorative paints
• Education: Bachelor’s degree maximum
• Key skills: territory planning, retailer relationship management, sales execution, and strong communication
