ROLE OVERVIEW: Steps Ahead Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Territory Manager to lead distributor and trade operations in a designated territory. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and achieving Key Performance Indicators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales growth and store visibility.
- Coordinate with distributors for excellence.
- Negotiate joint business plans.
- Manage eRTM and optimize delivery routes.
- Support digital transformation initiatives.
