Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving secondary sales targets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), mentoring Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs), and implementing brand and channel strategies. You will manage daily meetings, enhance time management practices, and report on competitor activities to ensure market awareness.
Qualifications: A BBA or MBA is essential, accompanied by 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and coaching abilities are required for this role.
