Job Description
AGILE HR is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the FMCG stationery manufacturing sector. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG or GT sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance retail operations and meet sales objectives.
- Drive business growth in LMTs, Super Stores, Mini Marts, and Tuck Shops.
- Increase institutional sales to offices and general suppliers.
- Manage business development in designated towns.
- Effectively implement company policies.
- Optimize retail operation costs.
- Track monthly and quarterly sales performance.
