Are you a recent graduate passionate about launching a career in the travel and tourism sector? We invite you to join our Ticketing & Tours Department as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Book air tickets, hotel accommodations, and transportation for individual and group travelers.
• Assist with ticketing processes using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Design travel itineraries and create appealing tour packages.
• Manage cancellations, reissues, and provide accurate fare quotes.
• Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and clients to ensure an exceptional travel experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
