Job Description
At The-Hiring, we are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to become part of our dynamic bus terminal team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ticket bookings, issuing tickets, and assisting passengers with their travel inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process ticket bookings, cancellations, and rebookings efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding schedules and fares.
- Handle payments and maintain meticulous transaction records.
- Address passenger inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements: A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month
